All fees need to be paid before any consultation. No refunds are available if you need to cancel the booking. If I have to cancel the booking a full refund will be given.

My mission is to fill every owner, manager and practitioner with the knowledge they need on Ofsted day so they feel confident during inspections.

My advice: Is to invest in your setting and staff before the inspection, it is easier to get everything in place before an inspection than it is to fix the devastation after. it is amazing what a different pair of eyes can see.
